This data, exclusive to Prudential Fox & Roach, REALTORS, is part of the company’s continuing commitment to provide the best information and service to clients and customers. As you may have seen in newspapers and on TV, we’ve been working with the local press to provide the local real estate market picture since we launched this report in January 2004.
HomExpert data is based on the TREND Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which is the electronic reporting tool all Realtors® in the area use to report sales and listings. And that’s what makes our data so reliable. It comes directly from the field and is the most current data available. Other reports use information based on public tax records, which can be anywhere from three to six months old. The Prudential Fox & Roach HomExpert Market Report is updated daily.
As you browse the web site, you will find we keep a fairly regular schedule. We report quarterly and monthly home sales data, typically following the National Association of Realtors (NAR) schedule. With some reports, such as with the quarterly information, we can post data faster than the NAR.
